They've already paid GOMSpace with some of the proceeds of the raise. and running costs 500,000 per month.If everybody withdraws then they'll have to run another cap raise in a hurry at even lower price to repay them at end May. (If they can't get that raising completed then I can't see a refund being processed in May, and VA beckons in early May)
If nobody withdraws then keep to plan.
If half people withdraw they need new plan or raise more money(at lower price).
You would have to think only everybody's self interest means they all withdraw. And if they really want to invest then try and get involved in the lower priced cap raise that will result.
Would directors try to take private - wouldn't think so.
