I did make some phone calls, and understand that over the last few days, the supplemtary prospectus was with ASIC for review.
Also, this (IMO) confirms that it is all systems go...
Key word = "proceeding".
By definition of the ASIC stop order, they could not "proceed" with anything.
Do you think that is a fair assessment?
If not, maybe call the Company Secretary.
