Ok deal Sensei. If the CR is a failure, I will not post again on these SAS threads. Under your offer, I expect you to do the same. I will hold you to your offer, and be very dissapointed if you don't hold up your end of the deal.
BTW, my prediction is that there will be a shortfall from the entitlement offer, however this will be successfully taken up by professional investors. The placement will be fully subscribed, I predict. I consider this outcome to be successful because SAS would have the full amount. I thought i should clear up my definition of a successful CR.
