So are you backing out from the deal? To reiterate, if they raise the 15.8m by 30th of December 2019 (based on SAS OWN timeline per the prospectus), i will leave hotcopper for good. If they are short, by the 30th of December 2019, you will be gone for good.

Seems only fair to work with the knowns, and not factoring in the unknowns.

Lets also consider they have been trying to raise for many months now, so if you are so confident in your company, you have no reason to take this deal.

But given the directors think the current CR will fail, i really like my odds. I'm sure all investors reading a prospectus with an adverse opinion, non-going concern accounts, impaired assets, overpaid management who deliver stuff all, all these investors will be coming in droves to put in their money, LOL.
