As explained in detail previously....
If you exercise the options assigned to you as a Shareholder (of which you are not), then there is NO DILUTION!
If the total number of shares increases by 10% and your holding increases by 10% there is NO DILUTION!
Stop attempting to mislead the readers on this forum.
