They've gone all in on a huge gamble Spid. It can go anywhere from here but it's looking very bad for shareholders. As you have mentioned a class action against the BOD is possible. Furthermore whilst the BOD are being sued they'll probably look at legal action against CRDB. This regrettable mess is going to get very ugly if the rights issue falls over. With the benefit of hindsight the writing was on the wall when the Nordix junk bonds funding flopped.
