If BMCG was intending to take up their entitlements, why didn't they underwrite their own entitlements, their entitlement alone is ~$1.2milOr more importantly why hasn't BMCG underwritten the US$4mil ($5.8mil) WKT could have drawn on under their agreement?

So since you are concerned about BMCG, you can do 2 things.

1 - Pick up the phone and give them a call.

2 - You have already done point 1 and they told you, they are happy how thing are progressing on site and will participate in the raise or have submitted the money already.

So please stop writing and making a misleading statements.
