Yep, the ASX not happy still. Friday 2nd December next week - that’s all the time they have left. And if we can’t sort it out….well, monies get refunded, suspension will continue and the Debtors will come knocking immediately. I really don’t like the look of this…
No risk at all issuing shares and taking the money without satisfying relisting conditions first @Arcturus451??
@Stirer - the minimum will have been raised and a success when the company relists.
