they are required to disclose any known outcomes, as they have clearly stated the objective of the CR it is reasonable to assume that is so otherwise it would be a misrepresentation, yes there have been numerous bonafide delays and I would suggest Covid impacts are still with us plus evolving Geo Political tensions the BOD cannot be held responsible for these frustrating delays to the plans going forward, am still contemplating a strategy to subscribe even given funds are tight and I did not originally consider subscription but now I am reconsidering my options ------am I disappointed yep sure am and I bet the BOD are as well
