But hang on, he also said he was hoping to be in the Top 20 AFTER he feasted on "as many shares that he wanted" in the shortfall offer? That means he is both (a) a substantial shareholder, and (b) not currently in the Top 20. Something doesn't quite add up here does it. His posts are as solid as yours Sam. Both are works of fiction.
