my original comment was based on advice on actual funds received on day one and day two of the offer opening. They were accurate then, and remain so. I received a further update yesterday which supports the original comment. I guess some people like to get it done early. Many, like myself prefer to pay nearer the close. If we can take any guide from a HC perspective, one possible holder, GB, is not participating. One other holder has declared he is unsure. I think that augers well. But, hey, you keep guessing.
