Just seems strange they are now saying $43M AUD misappropriated, when they have only ever said they've got $22M in the works for recovery.
Not sure what you mean by the $50M CR was not net to IOU. As far as I know IOU received the $50M. After that is where it gets murky as to what was applied to the business and what was funnelled out. I'm just going by what htey have declared previously in actual dollar terms - and it was never $43M
