The company might have potential, but with no funds or support from major shareholders it will not go anywhere. We all want a higher price for the shares but we need to be realistic that it is not coming and we could lose all of our investment or wait for years until we get back to the same position as now.
The alternative "BODs" have not come out and told us how they are going to finance the operations, refinance the debt and buy out MQG. By rejecting the offer we could be "slitting" our own throats.

Enough of these games until we hear of workable solutions we need to vote "for" the scheme and move on.
