Much more attractive offer with the free option. I make the option worth about 9-10c (however the stock was suspended for half of the year which changes the picture a bit)
If the share price is going to rise above the SPP price then this new proposal will likely cap it at the ~20c level for a bit longer, but if you believe in the long term vision then this is a good offer. Need to add another 31-38m shares to the fully diluted count though as it applies to the placement shares too.
