If UCL fail to get 10% & MAK fail to get 90% the remaining holders will be the real winners as once the offer closes, MAK
& UCL will reassess their options & I think a real sweetener will be needed to encourage the few that have thrown a spanner into the works, say 1 MAK for 5 BON this could only happen if UCL got less than 10% of BON. Only my opinion as usual DYOR.
