Having considered the Pendula NBIO, the Independent Expert has CHANGED its opinion, and is now of the opinion that the Soprano Offer is NEITHER FAIR NOR REASONABLE to Whispir shareholders

Lets hope they did not pay this expert too much.....blind freddy could have seen Soprano were hoping to get this at 50% of what is a fair price.....but realistically 75c should be more appropriate for an existing company wanting to add those bluechip names to their client list along with >50m in revenues
