On the basis of the information outlined in the documents referred to
above, the Directors unanimously recommend that
Aurium Shareholders should REJECT the Revised Offer.

So the offer pans out at about 2.4c per share....thats a great improvement

BUT "NO DEAL" ...They should start buying on the market if they want this puppy.

It aint being handed to them on a plate and they are running out of time. I can hear the sands of time passing through the hour glass..
