I don't think that winding up the company would truly be in the interest of EPN in the short term. They will obviously see more value in holding property which should hopefully stabilise over the next couple of years. Personally, I believe the winding up threat is the real bluff (as usual, I am probably wrong!). I'm happy to hold and see what plays out.
