    EDT is taking the same road a CER. As its base the company is solid and improving.

    It may take asset sales to lower the gearing if the lenders want that accelerated but as the assets rise the gearing lowers so where's the balance?

    Net tangible asset backing per unit (cents) 10.9 just makes me despise EPN even more. I wish bad things befall the people from EPN behind trying to steal my future.
