Hi kiwi168, MCR is a good buy at present, the CEO David Moore is outstanding. The nickel price will recover as LME Ni stocks are sliding slowly everyday. David has just announced a $20million share buy back on market, just watch it fly when the Ni price hits US$14/lb at the end of 2011. I'd better not elaborate on the TTY forum.
A good IO recommendation is Grange. The CEO Russell Clark is doing a great job, they'll have about $200 million in the bank by now, they have 4 drill rigs working on Southdown so expect good results by Xmas, GRR is currently making $100/tonne profit on 2 million tonnes pa. Market cap currently $500 million, grossly undervalued.
Kimberley Metals KBL has a great future, they hold the largest underdeveloped high grade lead deposit in Australia at Sorby Hills, only 40 metres overburden.
Do some research an you'll see a great future.

Straits Resources SRQ is another stock worth a good look at, now concentrating on copper and gold with $100 million in the bank.
There are heaps of good mining companies available at great prices, just make sure that you check out the quality of the management, and their faith in the company they manage. ie Jim Wall of KBL is always topping up on market, a very good sign.

I'm no longer a TTY shareholder and I must admit I now sleep far better at night. The TTY Chairman is a clown and only looks after no 1, and that isn't shareholders. I don't think Andrew Simpson has ever purchased a TTY share on market even though he has been sucking up at the trough for years.
