Hoping the DFS supports their arguments somehow? Not sure how unless they hope we baulk at the capital raising required? It's obviously not a dud or they would withdraw their offer.
Come on MAK, how many have you got so far? Show us you have some reasonable prospect to justify putting us through the irritation of an extension.
