Just so that we can avoid an impasse...
Investor50 I apologise if I upset your equilibrium in the spirit of debate, nothing was meant to be a personal debate.
mwac I will address the labels you given me,
A ranter - the meriam webstar dictionary defines rant as to talk in a noisy, excited, or declamatory manner. Agree I do, have done and will do when I feel that we are being wronged. I suggest you might have a rant or two when you feel wronged mwac.........obviously you don't at this point in time because perhaps you haven't realised the wrong being done to you.
MWAC you said I don't understand this stock - i suggest you don't understand the first thing in shareholding/investing and that is to make money.............first and foremost, you argument fails to mention price and rather only to focuses on an ethereal dream of merged entity.
I don't like loosing my company, which in its current state is kicking along nicely. Yes it needs some capital if the placement at 3 cents was rejected. But shareholders would support that raising.
I see the common sense in the merger, truly I do, there is lots like, but
If you want to take a company I have a shareholding in that is growing much faster and has demonstrated a nice little turnaround story (and holds "all the jewels and treasures for the newly merged entity) and replace it which is constantly cashflow negative, has diminishing revenue and has a board filled with imcpotence they are afterall responsible for the financial results,....................for a price of 49%, um no thanks. The price of 49% is fundamentally wrong because it means I get 51% of the suiting takeover dog regardless of synergies and product alignment. If I had 20% dog, and 80% not dog.....I will happy and fine.
The deal would be sweetened with the resignation of Robert Bloomfield quite frankly, go to an AGM to experience what I mean, we will never make money with a guy like that at the helm. His FFT record speaks for itself. I would be upbeat if FFT was not such a dog. I would be more upbeat if FFT could grow their revenue line. I would be more upbeat if MSP rejected the first offer.
As for my understanding ......check below for just a few of the links of extensive research I have done and shared with the community of which you have thumbs up me in the past.
