Titan says
"We consider that revenue based approaches are not as reliable and using them can result in distorted valuation outcomes"

What a load of shoot........Revenue is the very essence of this deal

MSP - Continues to grow quarter on quarter finally.....FFT - Continues to contract revenue quarter by quarter....FFT generates less revenues today than the year it was floated.

That valuation appears to have been completed at the pub with his Brad's Higgs son's ipad which doesn't have excel or any real number crunching functions............. it appears all qualitative hearsay junk....copy, pasting and giggle here and there does not make a independent valuation....it makes for shocking advertisement to Titan Partners who dare to put their name to that dribble,,,,,,

My contempt grows by the day as does my resolve to make as much noise about this ludicrous deal.
