Lol , I agree with you that it looks as shifty as can be .
The ability to call the deal off after the Beehive deadline gives them optionality as to how they play it .
That is why I don't think the deal will get up even if Beehive is a go .
However there are other advantages to a MEL deal over a CR for MAY .
We live in interesting times .
