Well they have extended past the Beehive deadline until 15 Nov .
However it should be noted that they have plenty of defeating conditions that they can use to pull out 8 days before that .
What were the MEL shareholders thinking that accepted the offer before Beehive and defeating condition deadlines were passed ?
Of interest Purcell seems to me able to accept the offer now .
Telling that he has not !
Anyone tempted to accept early should think about that .
