It seems to me that info included in this statement that reflected CE presentation viewed by us
so that that info could not be seen as omitted in original...and it is critical info.re potential.
Ref Beach dry holes ..that only released TODAY..we better put that in to scare em.

Do not see why seller will need to spend $11m if we agree with BOD and sell...why would we sell when potentially only $400,000 cost by not selling.
