I had this same question but at the time our BOD had not caved to MINs terrible offer and my concern was more related to if MIN reached 50% and gained control of the board. This fiduciary duty was briefly touch upon in yesterdays supplementary target statement.
As for our Directors selling out. That's another story and cannot fathom how it's in the best interests of the shareholders.
