This would be very transparent if it was occurring, which I doubt, but if it was it would be very easy to spot from here on in.
We can see that all trades are currently going through above the offer price, so if there was or is buying going on with the intention of transferring those shares to RG through the offer system and change of holder notice shows increases, then this would be classed as suspicious conduct. Then we could ask ASIC to inquire to the nature of these acceptances.
