Yeah... They have to be aware that the spotlight is well and truly on them and I doubt they are going to do anything illegal that is going to cause them grief in the future.
It is against the rules for an associated party, or him to offer a 3rd party collateral benefits, to simply pick up shares at a higher price and funnel them through to them. I think to anyone with the access to the transaction statements, it would be obvious if this this would be occurring.
