wWilliamteddy, I am not sure if you are a lawyer or not, but I would assume that RG has a whole bunch of them that will know this stuff inside and out.
I don't understand the ASX rules well but I do recall that there are a couple of listing rules such as minimum spread, liquidity etc.. that I would assume that RG will use to "legally delist PGH"
If volumes dry up and this things stagnates these are the real things to watch as RG is ruthless and will use every avenue to get what he wants
