hi Spray and Wipe, see my post in the ‘Infuriating’ thread. $0.84 is his final offer for this takeover bid. However he will likely make a new takeover bid in the future ( maybe in the next 6 months )
I don’t know if he can just buy shares on market until he reaches 90% without making a new takeover bid???
I don’t know if Carmen Chua and Michael Wachtel will continue in their roles since the current takeover bid may not be successful
