My thinking is that everyone who has accepted this particular takeover bid will receive $0.84. However if he makes a new takeover bid people who have accepted before the new bid won’t receive any more money as it will be an entirely new takeover bid. The new takeover bid could be more or less than this initial takeover bid
However please note that I don’t know the actual rules - this is just a guess!
