As far as errors go that's a big one! And I can't believe both independent directors (to whom this is a critical decision) both didn't pick up on it until now. Don't in any way blame Lev/Geoff etc (for good reason they weren't involved in the production of that report) but by golly it's a bad look for Rade and Linda.
