those are no initiatives... these are empty words to fill some pages and to make it look like they have any idea on how to grow sales... they simply don't know.
to me it looks lev is in an ego trip and does not want to admit that he and the people he hired (and doesn't fire) are responsible for this shit show.
if someone sold his shares because he thought the directors will sell as well, what can he do?
it took them 2 weeks to make a correction...
