Ummm not quite... unless you are misrepresenting your numbers, I think you carried over the x2 for cost per dose from Stratum 1 (100mg/50mg) when it should be x0.4 for 20mg dose (20mg/50mg)... Based on your figures it should be $393k not $1,965k.
Also not sure how you derived the number of doses.
