Good Announcement.

Just to be clear, we already had supply of product secured with Technografit under the Supply Agreement executed in February 2022.... for 2500 tonnes p.a. This is still in place.

My understanding is that this Ann is merely an extension of that Agreement and provides specificity regarding:
- budget rate pricing for particular grades,
- actual volume of supply over a specified timeframe.

Securing 1000 tonnes of product (with a 95% recovery rate for Phase 1).... suggests to me that the plant is running well and capable of producing around 950 tonnes over the next 5-6 months. One wouldn't secure the raw material without being confident of being able to convert it to finished goods and then ship it off to customers

Assuming that the profitability projections are achieved, the JV should (or COULD in a perfect world) generate anywhere from $1.3M to $1.7M PROFIT by Christmas... might take a bit of extra time to ramp up all the way - and then, bring on the expansion of the plant!!! HO HO HO!!!
