Who's to say they knew this deal was going to happen, if they had done a CR after the announcement people would have been just as annoyed. It would have been better but maybe they needed the money then and there before the deal was done. Or you think these Soph investors are their friends? Purely wild speculation and pretty serious accusations tbh.
