what is the contract size ?
has that been fixed ,or at least given a guaranteed minimum tonnage ?
I assume the 20 % increase in price is negotiated every 6 months in line with rising costs of production, you would not want to be tied to a fixed price for any longer given the inflationary forces
it would be good to get these type of sums to be able to make an informed decision
at least there is a continuing commitment but why not explain the full story
