I'm kind of with you MBenz - I don't think this is a great deal... maybe just an ok deal. The news is positive, dont get me wrong - but I feel some holders are getting caught up in the hysteria ratherthan looking at the finer detail.
I don't see the point in raising at such a big discount - Maybe mangement didn't believe they would get the takeup and raise the cash unless it was at a significant discount???
I don't see any real benefit to having 4.billion shares on the register..plus another 700k options
I will hold and take up my allocation, but I'd prefer to see a share consolidation on the horizon!
