Guys you must be joking about a reverse listing with a MC of $14.06M there are plenty of others with a MC < 5M that are not doing anything just waiting for a reverse listing. I think we are clearly in tax write off territory unless we can can acquire the water rights or sell the prospect to the guys that own the water rights.
