The question is when the CR comes and more promises are made do we throw more good money after bad and keep dreaming these companies are going to do the right thing or even something? Or do we see past the constant lies and realise we will be strung along and just a means for paying admin cost and take a stand.

At the moment I will not be participating in a CR, after three years of nothing, I cannot see current management doing anything except repeating history, a history that consisted of QLD dusters, PR companies that led to nothing, high wages and no result. All in my own opinion.
