I think they will be hard pressed to get Hawthorn to agree to any more expenditure on magnetite any time soon. They have more than enough resource for a long term magnetite mine already but a large scale magnetite operation will be many years away - if one ever gets off the ground in the Yilgarn region. The falling Iron Ore price coupled with the increased supply coming on to the market will put a few projects in doubt.
