The only thing that will get the SP moving in a positive direction will be an announcement that funding has been obtained. Great to have all this positivity about government support, world bank involvement etc. BUT unless Mr T & Co can obtain funding then we are going nowhere!!! What happens if funding does not materialise - will Nigeria kick us out and give the project to someone who can fund the project??? Patience will not last forever!!!
