I havent found any publications that rejects the hypothesis that reducing chronically raised cortisol improves cognition. I have looked. Dr. Ketelbey also said in his presentation earlier this year that he is yet to find anything to reject the hypothesis.

I have however seen negative comments stating that cortisol is not the cure, as alzheimers is a complex disease and it's not that simple. But that's not what we aim to achieve. We aim to achieve improved cognition, improved quality of life, slower neuron death and maybe even decrease the likelihood of getting alzheimers. Most of this is well researched
