Sorry but I can't follow that logicbut it's who knows what is going on inside those devious poli's heads .
Once upon a time I'd have liked Metgasco to have succeeded and been able to develop their acreage .
Like many private investors , I hold other junior gas explorers too which stand to benefit from a shortage of gas in NSW .
So maybe Metgasco are better off claiming for the compo , making the shortage worse and farming in to a cash strapped junior or returning the cash ?
