There nothing in the JOA that would stop Statoil and co from taking there bat and playing for themselves at EP104 and EP103 The use of the wording "realingnment of actual work performed on 127-128" opens the back door for them , I beleave they will not drill on Baraka permits this year and that we have shot ourselves in the foot. 2 days ago PFC spiked 37% I wonder if that was a sign they are not going to carry Baraka interest any more.
