On the face of it I don't see how the judge could have ruled any other way based on the information presented. In theory this is 2% for shareholders vs zilch (no other liquidation avoidance plan presented to adjudicate on).
If we have any gripe it must be with KPMG whose good faith offering was a miserly 2% with no alternative rescue options presented, or with the professional that valued LHM with what we think is too little consideration for a U price recovery.
