At least with us originals retaining 2% of the shares, they will have to make ASX announcements to all concerned. It will take sometime to complete the share transfers. If the originals still hold 34M shares (2% of 1.7B), a takeover of the remainder at last market cap would only cost them 2% of $80.5M ie $1.61M. S'body check my maths, it seems ridiculous. They will have overriding say if wanting a complete takeover but I am hoping they will trade again as is and let the market value the stock.
