Yes just skimmed through it. Both the initial determination and the review were blown out of the water - "unlawful". In addition the judge reviewed "Effective community consultation" and agreed with Mel that they did not have to change people's minds to be effective. Judge seems to me (non legal here) to cover all bases to reduce likelihood of appeal. I am very happy with result. Could it be better?
