Interesting that leave has been granted as this is optional rather than a given. Must mean that the court sees some merit in Bathurst's case. Although having been dusted in the High Court and Court of Appeal I wouldn't be betting too much on success in the Supreme Court. However better than the case being thrown out. Either that or the justices don't have much to do and are looking for something to keep them busy.
